APPLICATION AND ADMISSION

COLLEGE

As we gradually move on to the New Normal, we have modified our Admission Policies for the First Semester, Academic Year 2022-2023, to suit our Blended Learning Modality, a combination of Face to Face and Online classes.

A.  Student applicant who intends to enroll in any of the programs offered by IAU must present initially scanned copies of the following :

FRESHMEN

    1. PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
    2. Certificate of Good Moral Character.
    3. Senior High School Completion Certificate/Diploma.
    4. Form 138 (Senior High School Report Card).
    5. Two(2) copies each of 1" x 1 " and 2" x 2 " ID pictures with a name tag and should be on blue background.
    6. Color vision test or Ishihara Test (negative result for color blindness) from any DOH accredited hospital or clinic.  (a requirement for those who would take Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, Aviation Technology programs).

TRANSFEREES

    1. Original copy of the Transcript of Records (TOR) from the previous school.
    2. Certificate of Transfer Credentials.
    3. Certificate of Good Moral Character coming from School Head of the previous school.
    4. Clear photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
    5. Two (2) copies each of 1"x 1" and 2"x 2" ID picture with a name tag and should be on blue background.
    6. Color vision test or Ishihara Test (negative result for color blindness) from any DOH accredited hospital or clinic.  (a requirement for those who would take Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, Aviation Technology programs).
    Note: Transferees from CAAP or TESDA certified institutions, please call IAU Registrar’s Office.
 
           ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BS AVIATION TECHNOLOGY-MAJOR IN FLYING APPLICANTS
    1. Class 2 CAAP Medical Certificate.
    2. NBI Clearance.
    3. Clear copy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
    4. Letter of consent for minors.
    5. Two(2) copies each 2"x2" ID pictures.

C. Student applicants will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar and an additional set of instructions on the compliance of the items mentioned above.

D.  IAU Guidance Office will send a link to your email.  Please answer the set of questions thoroughly.

E.  IAU Guidance Office will interview student applicants through mobile or landline.  Expect a call from our office in 3-5 days upon submitting your answers.

F. The Office of the Registrar will then evaluate and assess upon receipt of the scanned copies.

G. Registrar will send a confirmatory email and payment instructions.

H.  Send a copy of your proof of payment to iautreasurer92@gmail.com, or you may send a screenshot to the IAU Official Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/IndianaAeroUniv

* Please write your full name, student ID no., course, and purpose of payment.

I.   Upon receipt of your proof of payment, the accounting office will then credit and post it into your account.

* Please be informed that the lead time for posting of account typically takes 2-3 banking days.

J.  A notification will be sent to your registered email address as confirmation of your enrollment.

SENIOR HIGH (Grades 11-12)

    1. Birth Certificate (PSA Authenticated).
    2. Form 138 (Progress Report Card).
    3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school.
    4. Junior High Completion Certificate or Diploma.
    5. Two (2) copies of 1”x1” and 2”x2” color pictures with a name tag and on blue background.
    6. Color vision test or Ishihara Test (negative result for color blindness) from any DOH accredited hospital or clinic. (a requirement for those who would take Enhanced STEM in Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, and Aviation Technology).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR STEM-AVIATION STUDENTS

    1. Class 2 CAAP Medical Certificate.
    2. NBI Clearance.
    3. Clear copy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
    4. Letter of consent for minors.
    5. Two(2) copies each 2"x2" ID pictures.

C.  You will receive an email from the Basic Education Department Registrar and additional instructions on the compliance of the above-mentioned requirements.

D.  Guidance Office will send a link to your email. Please answer the given set of questions thoroughly.

F.  The Office of the Basic Education Department Registrar will evaluate and assess upon receipt of the scanned copies.

JUNIOR HIGH (Grades 7-10)

      • PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
      • Report card from the previous level.
      • Certificate of Good Moral Character.
      • Two (2) copies of 1”x1” and 2”x2” color pictures on blue background.
  2. Click on this link http://portal.iau.com.ph.
  3. Fill out the form completely.
  4. You will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar-BED and additional instructions on compliance with the abovementioned requirements.
  5. The Registrar will evaluate and assess upon receipt of the scanned copies.
  6. The Registrar will send a confirmation email and payment instructions.
  7. The Guidance Center has decided to waive the Entrance Examination and Interview for incoming students.
