APPLICATION AND ADMISSION

To address the challenges posed by the pandemic and the safety protocols from the national government,  we have revised our admission process for the 1st Semester Academic Year 2021-2022.

A.  Student applicant who intends to enroll in any of the programs offered by IAU must present initially scanned copies of the following :

FRESHMEN

      1. PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
      2. Certificate of Good Moral Character.
      3. Senior High School Completion Certificate/Diploma.
      4. Form 138 (Senior High School Report Card).
      5. Two(2) copies each of 1" x 1 " and 2" x 2 " ID pictures on blue background.

TRANSFEREES

      1. Original copy of the Transcript of Records (TOR) from previous school.
      2. Honorable dismissal or Certificate of Transfer Credentials.
      3. Certificate of Good Moral Character coming from School Head of the previous school.
      4. Clear photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
      5. Two (2) copies each of 1"x 1" and 2"x 2" ID picture on blue background.
Note : Transferees from CAAP or TESDA certified institutions, please call IAU Registrar's Office .

C. Please fill out the form completely.

D. Student applicant will then receive an email from the Office of the Registrar and additional set of instructions on the compliance of the above-mentioned items.

E.  IAU Guidance Office will send a link to your email. Please answer the set of questions thoroughly.

F.  IAU Guidance Office will interview student applicant through mobile or landline.  Expect a call from our office 3-5 days upon submission of your answers.

G. The Office of the Registrar will then evaluate and assess upon receipt of the scanned copies.

H. Registrar will send a confirmatory email and payment instructions.

* write your full name, student ID no., course, and purpose of payment.

J.  Upon receipt of your proof of payment, the accounting office will then credit and post it into your account.

* please be informed that the lead time for posting of account normally takes 2-3 banking days.

K.  A notification will be sent to your registered email address as  confirmation of your enrollment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BS AVIATION TECHNOLOGY-MAJOR IN FLYING APPLICANTS:

A.  Completely filled out CAAP PEL Form.

      • Download and print CAAP Form 541 (PEL application form).

      • Fill out application form.  The second page should be printed at the back of the first page. The back page is intended for CAAP personnel only.
      • Attach pictures compliant with CAAP standards.

B. Class 2 Medical Certificate from the Office of the Flight Surgeon-CAAP.  The limitations brought about by the ongoing health crisis, CAAP has allowed TEMPORARILY medical examination through any licensed medical practitioner other than the CAAP designated aviation medical examiner.

      • Download, print the following forms and present to the examining medical specialists.

      • The Application for Medical Certificate shall be accompanied with the routine tests requirement.
              • CBC.
              • Urinalysis.
              • Audiometry-Puretone.
              • ECG.
              • Chest radiograph.
              • Dental certificate with dental chart.
              • Drug test.

C.  NBI Clearance.

D.  Clear photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.

E.  Certificate of Good Moral Character.

F.  Two (2) copies 2" x 2" ID picture (white polo collared shirt on white background).

Reminders :

              • All forms shall all be written and filled out using  BLUE colored pen.
              • The front page of the Medical Application Form shall be completely filled out by the student applicant while the back page by a Medical Doctor.
              • The Eye Examination Report shall be completely filled  out only by the examining Ophthalmologist.
              • CAAP would only accepting drug test results from DOH accredited diagnostic center or hospital based clinic.

SENIOR HIGH (Grades 11-12)

To address the challenges posed by the pandemic and the safety protocols of the national government, we have revised our admission process for Academic Year 20221-2022.

  1. A student applicant must initially prepare scanned copies of the following documents:
    • Birth Certificate (PSA Authenticated).
    • Form 138 (Progress Report Card).
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • Junior High Completion Certificate or Diploma.
    • NCAE Examination result.
    • Two (2) copies of 1”x1” and 2”x2” color pictures on blue background.

  3. Fill out the form completely.
  4. IAU Guidance Office will send a link to your email. Please answer the given set of questions thoroughly.
  5. IAU Guidance Office will be  interviewing student applicant through phone.  Expect a call from our office, 3-5 days upon submission of your answers.
  6. You will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar and additional instructions on the compliance of the above-mentioned requirements.
  7. The Office of the Registrar will evaluate and assessed upon receipt of the scanned copies.
  8. The Registrar will send a confirmation email and payment instructions.

JUNIOR HIGH (Grades 7-10)

To address the challenges posed by the pandemic and the safety protocols of the national government, the Indiana Aerospace University Basic Education Department (IAU BED)has simplified the admission process for Academic Year 2021-2022.

  1. A student applicant must initially prepare scanned copies of the following documents:
      • Birth Certificate (PSA Authenticated).
      • Report card from the previous level.
      • Certificate of Good Moral Character.
      • Two (2) copies of 1”x1” and 2”x2” color pictures on blue background.

  4. You will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar-BED  and additional instructions on the compliance of the above-mentioned requirements.
  5. The Registrar will evaluate and assessed upon receipt of the scanned copies.
  6. The Registrar will send a confirmation email and payment instructions.
  7. The Guidance Center has decided to waive the Entrance Examination and Interview for incoming students.

Grades 4-6

      2. Report Card from previous grade/level.
      3. Certificate of Good Moral Character.
      4. Two(2) copies each 1"x1" and 2"x2" ID pictures on blue background.
