APPLICATION AND ADMISSION
COLLEGE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
For AY 2023-2024, student/s who intend to enroll in any of the programs offered by IAU must present original copies of the following :
FRESHMEN

- PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character.
- Senior High School Completion Certificate/Diploma.
- Form 138 (Senior High School Report Card).
- Two(2) copies each of 1" x 1 " and 2" x 2 " ID pictures with a name tag and should be on blue background.
- Color vision test or Ishihara Test (negative result for color blindness) from any DOH-accredited hospital or clinic. (a requirement for those taking Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, and Aviation Technology programs).
TRANSFEREES

- Original copy of the Transcript of Records (TOR) from the previous school.
- Certificate of Transfer Credentials.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character coming from School Head of the previous school.
- Clear photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
- Two (2) copies each of 1"x 1" and 2"x 2" ID pictures with a name tag and should be on blue background.
- Color vision test or Ishihara Test (negative result for color blindness) from any DOH-accredited hospital or clinic. (a requirement for those taking Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, and Aviation Technology programs).
Additional Requirements for BSAT-Major in Flying Applicants.

- Class 2 CAAP Medical Certificate.
- NBI Clearance.
- Clear copy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
- Letter of consent for minors.
- Two(2) copies of each 2"x2" ID picture.
Classes for the 1st Semester AY 2022-2023 promptly start August 22, 2023.
SENIOR HIGH ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

- Birth Certificate (PSA Authenticated).
- Form 138 (Progress Report Card).
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school.
- Junior High Completion Certificate or diploma.
- Two (2) copies of 1”x1” and 2”x2” color pictures with a name tag on blue background.
- ESC Certificate/QVR Certirficate.
- Ishihara or color vision test (negative result for color blindness) from any DOH-accredited hospital or clinic. (a requirement for those taking Enhanced STEM in Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, and Aviation Technology).
Additional requirements for STEM-Aviation students:

- Class 2 CAAP Medical Certificate.
- NBI Clearance.
- Clear copy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
- Letter of consent for minors.
- Two(2) copies of each 2"x2" ID picture.
JUNIOR HIGH (Grades 7-10) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
For the AY 2023-2024, student/s who intend to enroll in IAUs junior high must present original copies of the following :
- Please prepare scanned copies of the following documents:

- PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
- Report card from the previous level.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character.
- Two (2) copies of 1”x1” and 2”x2” color pictures on blue background.

- Fill out the form completely.
- The Registrar will evaluate and assess upon receipt of the scanned copies.

GRADE SCHOOL (GRADES 1-6) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
For the AY 2023-2024, student/s who wish to enroll in IAUs preschool and grade school department must present original copies of the following :

Nursery/Kindergarten 1/Kindergarten 2

- Report Card from previous grade/level.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character.
- Two(2) copies of each 1"x1" and 2"x2" ID pictures on blue background.

C. Fill out the form completely.
D. You will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar and additional instructions on compliance with the abovementioned requirements.
E. The Office of the Registrar will evaluate and assess upon receipt of the scanned copies.
F. The Registrar will send a confirmatory email and payment instructions.
