Grades 1-6 Admission – New Applicants

To address the challenges posed by the pandemic and by the protocols of the National government, we have updated our admission procedures for Academic Year 2020-2021.

A. Parents/Guardians must initially prepare the scanned copies of the following documents:

Nursery/Kindergarten 1/Kindergarten 2

• 1.  PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
  2. Two(2) copies each of 1" x 1" and 2" x 2" ID pictures on blue background.

Grades 1-3

• 1. PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
  2. Report Card from previous grade/level.
  3. Two(2) copies each 1"x1" and 2"x2" ID pictures on blue background.

Grades 4-6

• 1. PSA authenticated Birth Certificate.
  2. Report Card from previous grade/level.
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character.
  4. Two(2) copies each 1"x1" and 2"x2" ID pictures on blue background.

C. Fill out the form completely.

D. You will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar and additional instructions on the compliance of the above-mentioned requirements.

E. The Office of the Registrar will evaluate and assess upon receipt of the scanned copies.

F. The Registrar will send a confirmatory email and payment instructions.

G. The Guidance Center has decided to waive the Entrance Examination and Interview for incoming students.
