ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

NEW STUDENTS AND TRANSFEREES
1. PRE-REGISTRATION

- Online: Register online and log in to the IAU portal: http://portal.iau.com.ph/login.php.
- Walk-in: Proceed to the Basic Education Registrar’s Office and fill out IAU Form No. 001 (Student Profile form).

2. DOCUMENT EVALUATION:

- Once you have completed the online pre-registration, proceed to the Basic Education Guidance office.
- Bring all the necessary documents, such as your high school diploma, transcripts, and other relevant certificates.
- The Guidance office will evaluate your documents to ensure that you meet the IAU’s admission requirements.

3. ENTRANCE EXAM FEE PAYMENT:

- After your documents have been evaluated, go to the Accounting office.
- Pay the entrance exam fee of PHP 350.00.
- You will receive an official receipt for your payment.

4. RECEIPT PRESENTATION:

- Return to the Guidance office.
- Present the official receipt of your entrance exam fee payment.
- The Guidance office will then schedule your entrance examination.

5. EXAMINATION PREPARATION:

- Prepare for the entrance examination.
- Bring sharpened #2 pencils and a black pen.
- The examination will assess your academic abilities and readiness for IAU’s programs.

CONTINUING STUDENTS
1. ENROLLMENT SLIP:

- Go to the Basic Education Department Registrar’s Office.
- Secure your enrollment slip. This slip will indicate your registered courses for the upcoming semester.

2. DOWN PAYMENT:
-

- Proceed to the Accounting office.
- Pay the minimum down payment of PHP 3,000.00 for your tuition and fees.
- You will receive an official receipt for your payment.

3. SCHOOL ID PROCESSING:

- Visit the College Registrar’s office.
- Present your enrollment slip and payment receipt.
- Complete the school ID processing.
