ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

AY 2025-2026

FRESHMEN

1. PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate.
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character.
3. Senior High School Completion Certificate/Diploma.
4. Form 138 (Senior High School Report Card).
5. Two (2) copies each of  1" x 1" and 2" x 2" ID pictures with a name tag and on blue background.
6. Color Vision Test or Ishihara Test (negative result for color blindness), required for those applying for Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, Aviation Technology.

Additional Requirements for BSAT-Major in Flying Applicants.

1. Class 2 CAAP Medical Certificate.
2. NBI Clearance.
3. Clear Copy of PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate.
4. Letter of Consent for Minors (if applicable).
5. Two (2) copies of 2" x 2" ID pictures.

TRANSFEREES

1. Original Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) from your previous school.
2. Certificate of Transfer Credentials.
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school head of your previous school.
4. Clear Photocopy of PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate.
5. Two (2) copies each of  1" x 1" and 2" x 2" ID pictures with a name tag and on blue background.
6. Color Vision Test or Ishihara Test (negative result for color blindness), required for those applying for Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, Aviation Technology.
7. Endorsement from Department Head.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

1. PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate (or its equivalent from your country of origin).
2. Scholastic Records/Transcript of Records authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post in your country.
3. Notarized bank statement or notice of grant  as proof of coverage for the student’s accommodation, subsistence, school fees, and incidental expenses.
4. Clear copy of the applicant’s passport – data page showing the date and place of birth.
5. Duly authenticated police clearance.
