REMUS VINCE M. RESELOSA

Some people move quietly through the journey, doing the work day after day, never asking for attention. CAPT. REMUS VINCE M. RESELOSA is one of them.

Before becoming a Flight Instructor and later Chief Flight Instructor of Indiana Aerospace University, he was first a student pilot who went through the same long days, pressure, corrections, and check rides every aviator remembers.

After graduation, he stayed and helped younger students understand the basics the same way his own mentors once taught him. Later on, he moved into flight instruction, spending years inside the cockpit guiding students through their own struggles and small victories in training.

Over time, he earned the trust to lead as Chief Flight Instructor, a role that means setting standards and helping shape the kind of discipline future pilots will carry with them long after graduation.

He also flew charter operations for Ormoc Air, where flying became something even more real—different weather, different situations, real passengers, and real responsibility.

What makes his story meaningful is not only where he ended up, but how he got there.

STEP BY STEP. NO SHORTCUTS.

At IAU, we always remind students that aviation has a way of revealing who is willing to stay patient with the process. Flight hours matter, but so do the habits built behind them—the discipline, the humility, and the willingness to keep learning even after mistakes.

Completing the degree matters because it shapes more than technical skill. It shapes judgment. It teaches future pilots how to carry responsibility properly, especially on days when decisions matter most.

Capt. Remus’ journey reflects that kind of growth—steady, earned, and grounded in experience.

All of us at IAU are proud of you, Capt. Remus.

KLEEN S. MOLINA

After her graduation, Kleen chose to stay at IAU as a Ground Instructor sharpening her command of the fundamentals while mentoring aspiring pilots.

She later stepped into the role of Flight Instructor, guiding student pilots while strengthening her command in the cockpit. She also flew charter operations with Ormoc Air Corp., gaining real decision-making experience long before wearing an airline uniform.
Her BSAT degree gave her a solid foundation. It trained her to think clearly under pressure and instilled a deep sense of accountability. There were early call times, long nights of study, check rides that tested her limits, seasons when progress felt slow. She stayed the course. Each phase sharpened her judgment and strengthened her character.
All of us at IAU are proud of what she has achieved. Her journey carries meaning for our entire community.
We are proud of you, Capt. Kleen!

Brand-new Airbus A320neo Delivery

Indiana Aerospace University proudly recognizes Engr. Ed Niño C. Jugan, an alumnus who served as Flight Engineer in the delivery of a brand-new Airbus A320neo from Toulouse, France to Manila.

Taking part in an international aircraft delivery requires technical expertise and a strong sense of responsibility. As a Line Maintenance Supervisor, Engr. Jugan’s role in bringing Cebu Pacific’s RP-C4165 home reflects the real-world competence developed through rigorous, hands-on aviation training.

His journey continues to inspire current students and fellow alumni, demonstrating how strong educational foundations and sustained commitment translate into effective practice in the aviation industry. IAU congratulates Engr. Jugan on this milestone and expresses its appreciation for the pride he brings to the Aerospacer community.

Two brothers who followed the same dream and chose to take the journey together. Alex N. Acierto Jr. and Alexander N. Acierto both enrolled in Indiana Aerospace University’s BS Aircraft Maintenance Technology program. They may have started in different years, but they shared the same goal and the same love for aviation.

From the hallowed halls of IAU to now being part of Boeing Company in Everett, Washington, their journey shows what family support and believing in your path can lead to. Standing side by side today, they are proof that sometimes the best journeys are the ones you share.
