1. PRE-REGISTRATION:

• • Online: Register online and log in to the IAU portal: http://portal.iau.com.ph/login.php.
  • Walk-in: Proceed to Window 1 of the Registrar’s Office and fill out IAU Form No. 001 (Student Profile form).

2. ENTRANCE EXAM: 

• • Pay the entrance exam fee of PHP 350 at Window 5.

3. DOCUMENT SUBMISSION:

• • Present the receipt and submit the following photocopied documents to the Guidance Office:

1. 1. 1. Form 138 (report card), Transcript of Records (TOR), or Certificate of Credentials (CTC).
      2. PSA authenticated birth certificate.
      3. Two (2) copies each of 2”x2” and 1”x1” color ID pictures with a name tag and on blue background.
      4. Certificate of Good Moral.
      5. Ishihara or color vision test results from a DOH accredited hospital or clinic.
      6. Clearance from the Registrar and the Department Head (for transferees only).

Note: Place all documents in one long brown envelope.

4. EXAM PREPARATION:

• • Bring sharpened #2 pencils and a black pen.
  • Exam schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-11:00 AM / 2:00-4:00 PM

5. RESULTS AND INTERVIEW: 

• • Interpretation of test results and preliminary interview with the Guidance Counselor.

6. ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS:

• • Release of enrollment documents for the department head interview.

7. FINAL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION:

• • Submit the following original documents to the Registrar’s Office:

1. 1. 1. Form 138 (report card), Transcript of Records (TOR), or Certificate of Credentials (CTC)
      2. PSA authenticated birth certificate
      3. Two (2) copies each of 2”x2” and 1”x1” color ID pictures with a name tag and on blue background
      4. Certificate of Good Moral
      5. Ishihara or color vision test results from an optical clinic or hospital.
      6. Endorsement from Department Head (for transferees only).

8. ENROLLMENT PAYMENT:

• • Pay the enrollment fee of PHP 3,000 to Window 4 of the accounting office.

9. ENCODING:

• • Present proof of payment to Window 2 for encoding.

10. STUDY LOAD:

• • Check your individual study load using your mobile device or on the computer terminals beside the Registrar’s Office.
