“To the graduates of this program, let your passion fuel your purpose, let your character define your career, and never compromise safety.”
— Mr. Ronaldo Lomibao, Chief Flight Operations Officer Ground Instructor

Behind every safe flight is a team of dedicated professionals whose expertise keeps every operation on course. In recognition of the pioneering batch of the Flight Operations Officer (FOO) program, a completion ceremony was formally held at the Aerospacers Hall on July 11, 2026, marking the culmination of the graduates’ training and commitment to the profession.

During the ceremony, guest speaker Mr. Ronaldo Lomibao congratulated the graduates and reminded them that the responsibilities of an FOO extend beyond technical competence, calling for excellence, humility, and an understanding of their vital role behind the scenes.

Anchoring the graduates to their roots, the ceremony also featured the presentation of tokens and the Oath of Professional Commitment led by Mr. Mc Kenzie Villaceran, reaffirming their values and dedication to upholding the highest standards of aviation safety. In the end, the event assured that its students are globally competent.

As the pioneers of the program, the graduates now carry forward a legacy of excellence, setting the standard for globally competent Flight Operations Officers in the years to come.
